Allows a customer to call any one of a group of 30 frequently called numbers by simply dialing a 1 or 2 digit code.

When someone calls and you do not answer the phone, instead of continuous ringing they will be forwarded to a pre-programmed phone number that you select.

Customer Originated Trace
*57 - Allows a customer to start a trace on their phone line that will allow authorities to track down the original caller. Charges are based on one time fee for information to be processed and presented to authorities.
Selective Call Rejection
*60 - Allows the customer to block certain numbers from calling your house.
Selective Call Acceptance
*64 - Allows the customer to select certain callers to be put through while other callers will hear a message that you are not accepting calls.
Selective Call Forwarding
*63 - Allows the customer to allow certain numbers to be put on a list that allows those callers to ring through on another line when the main line is currently in use.
Automatic Recall
*66 - Allows the customer to call a busy line for up to 30 minutes without redialing the number. When the line is free your phone alerts you with a special ring tone.
Automatic Callback
*69 - Allows the customer to call the last person that called you without knowing the caller's number. Helps when you miss a call and want to call the caller back.
Distinctive Ringing / Call Waiting
Allows the customer to pick certain people to have a distinctive ring tone that allows them to know who is on the other end of the line.
3-Way Calling
Allows a customer to add a third party to an established connection without an operator's assistance.
